Provides holistic financial planning and investment advice to mass-affluent clients, builds and manages a client portfolio, develops tailored recommendations, strengthens relationships, supports business growth, monitors service effectiveness, manages risk, and mentors colleagues. The role requires obtaining CIRO Registered Representative licensing if needed and achieving the CFP designation within three years.

Leads enterprise stress testing reporting, developing templates, executive and Board presentations, regulatory submissions, and clear narratives explaining stressed earnings, balance sheet, capital outcomes, assumptions, and business drivers. Coordinates cross-functional contributors, manages reporting cycles and dependencies, ensures accuracy and consistency, and communicates complex financial results to senior executives, regulators, and other stakeholders.
