Owns product delivery for an enterprise communications platform, maintaining and prioritizing the backlog, defining user stories, accepting completed work, managing defects and blockers, and aligning stakeholders to product vision and roadmap. The role leads Agile delivery activities, evaluates customer and performance feedback, coordinates business readiness, defines OKRs, manages risk and regulatory considerations, and guides development teams toward customer-focused product increments.

Design, develop, modernize, and support scalable enterprise applications for TD’s customer and regulatory data platforms. Lead technical design within an agile pod, perform root-cause analysis, assess risks, create solution artifacts, participate in reviews, and provide incident support. Build secure, resilient distributed systems using Java, Node.js, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, Azure, databases, and scripting technologies while aligning solutions with business, security, and regulatory requirements.

Provides operational support, processes complex banking transactions, resolves escalated issues, and analyzes process drivers and root causes. The role maintains regulatory and risk knowledge, supports service-level requirements, contributes to policy and process improvements, and assists with change initiatives. It also provides guidance and training to team members while coordinating with internal partners and supporting effective, compliant banking operations.
