Develops and engineers office furniture products from concept through production, using 3D modeling, prototyping, testing, analysis, and detailed technical documentation. Ensures products meet design, manufacturability, cost, quality, safety, and industry standards requirements. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and stakeholders; supports value engineering, product launches, warranty issues, and manufacturing process improvements.

Coordinates and executes multi-channel marketing content across social media, email, websites, dealer communications, campaigns, and corporate channels. Responsibilities include writing and editing copy, creating graphics and video, managing content calendars and approvals, supporting photo and video production, maintaining digital asset libraries, tracking performance, and ensuring brand consistency. The role collaborates with marketing, sales, product, dealers, and subject-matter experts while managing multiple assignments and deadlines.

Serve as liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams to review and process purchase orders, create order headers, verify order accuracy using ERP, complete installation paperwork, and handle customer inquiries and issue resolution to ensure satisfaction.
