Develop and maintain Django-based manufacturing applications, owning frontend interfaces and delivering features across the full stack. Build JavaScript interfaces, REST integrations, live dashboards with Django Channels, and reliable production workflows. Refactor legacy code, improve testing, document processes, train shop-floor users, gather requirements, and support safe software rollouts across departments. Regular production-floor presence is required, along with sound use of AI-assisted development tools.

Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, SQL queries, and Crystal Reports. Administer reporting infrastructure, validate data, document reporting processes, gather management requirements, and provide user training and support. The role also includes light HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap work, report embedding, presentation materials, version control with Git and GitHub, and collaboration with software developers on manufacturing and business systems.

Coordinates industrial engineering activities for furniture manufacturing, including ERP and engineering data maintenance, process changes, bills of materials, routings, work instructions, assembly improvements, root-cause analysis, cost analysis, supplier coordination, product launches, quality planning, and cross-functional manufacturing projects.

Coordinates product data for furniture manufacturing by translating engineering drawings into bills of materials and maintaining item master records in Jeeves ERP. Supports manufacturing item and work-process setup, updates data after engineering or material changes, validates data quality, resolves issues, and assists with engineering and cost specials. Collaborates cross-functionally with production, scheduling, inventory, and operations teams while identifying process improvements.

Leads projects from initiation through close-out, including bids, RFPs, proposals, design coordination, production, delivery, installation, and deficiency resolution. Develops execution plans, milestones, documentation, reporting, and risk mitigation strategies. Collaborates with sales, design, engineering, operations, dealers, and customers to align stakeholders and deliver projects successfully. Analyzes project outcomes and conducts site visits across Canada and/or the USA as required.

Develops and engineers office furniture products from concept through production, using 3D modeling, prototyping, testing, analysis, and detailed technical documentation. Ensures products meet design, manufacturability, cost, quality, safety, and industry standards requirements. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, suppliers, and stakeholders; supports value engineering, product launches, warranty issues, and manufacturing process improvements.

Serve as liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams to review and process purchase orders, create order headers, verify order accuracy using ERP, complete installation paperwork, and handle customer inquiries and issue resolution to ensure satisfaction.
