Serve as a front-line brand ambassador delivering personalized luxury retail service, drive sales through clienteling and omni-channel selling, use mobile POS and social platforms, meet personal and store KPIs, handle daily store operations including inventory, visual merchandising, transactions, and asset protection.

Lead Supervisor provides floor leadership to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Acts as brand ambassador, implements company initiatives, monitors sales data and KPIs, coaches and develops team members, supports recruiting/training/performance evaluations, enforces policies, provides HR/conflict resolution support, and performs physical stocking duties.

Lead floor supervision to drive sales, KPIs, and client development. Coach and develop staff, oversee opening/closing and cash handling, maintain inventory and stockroom, support omni-channel and virtual selling, and model brand service behaviors while ensuring operational compliance and a customer-first environment.
