Lead and coach store teams on visual merchandising standards across assigned market. Execute visual guidelines, conduct mapping and on-floor coaching, support new store openings and renovations, manage visual projects end-to-end, develop store action plans with managers, and produce status updates and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.

Provide friendly, accurate checkout service, handle cash and POS transactions, process returns/repairs, promote loyalty program and gift cards, maintain cashwrap and equipment, assist with training cashiers, and support store operational standards.
