Own renewals, retention, and revenue performance for a portfolio of B2B clinic accounts. Identify at-risk customers using engagement and usage data, build scalable renewal playbooks and automated workflows, improve health scoring and forecasting, and escalate recurring customer issues to Product and Engineering. The role requires clear documentation, lifecycle campaign development, and effective use of AI, CRM, and analytics tools.

Supports bilingual English- and French-speaking clinic customers through trials, onboarding, activation, troubleshooting, escalations, service disruptions, adoption, and renewals. The role resolves Tier I and II issues, maintains accurate CRM and ticketing records, communicates technical guidance clearly to clinicians, identifies recurring problems, and provides product or process feedback. Experience with healthcare workflows, EMRs, AI products, data trends, onboarding, trial conversion, or renewals is preferred.

Owns production AI systems end to end, including evaluation pipelines, agents, retrieval, routing, model selection, data feedback loops, and observability. Diagnoses failures across audio, prompts, models, and infrastructure; improves quality through experiments and production debugging; and leads safe rollouts. The role establishes applied AI engineering standards, translates clinical problems into measurable plans, and delivers reliable systems used by healthcare clinicians.
