This player-coach role requires staying technically engaged, shaping engineering culture and processes, and helping the team use AI effectively in software development. Experience building AI in production and managing senior or staff-level engineers is required.

Designs, launches, and scales data-driven growth experiments to acquire healthcare organizations and generate qualified pipeline. Owns campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, content, webinars, partnerships, and nurture funnels. Analyzes funnel performance, identifies growth opportunities, develops audience segments and messaging, and builds repeatable demand-generation systems in a startup environment.
