Support the CEO and a ten-person FileMaker development team by managing work orders, time tracking, IT/security monitoring, onboarding/offboarding, marketing campaigns, and internal documentation. Maintain Hubstaff and FileMaker alignment, administer device security tools, coordinate maintenance/outage communications, and own recurring operational processes to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Own strategy and execution for paid search and affiliate marketing across Google and Microsoft Ads and affiliate partners. Manage campaign structure, bidding, budgets, partner relationships, and performance testing. Analyze channel health, work with analytics for tracking accuracy, produce reports and forecasts, and collaborate with creative teams to optimize messaging and landing pages to drive measurable acquisition and revenue growth.

Manage and optimize paid search and affiliate marketing campaigns, including campaign builds, bidding, tracking, asset deployment, reporting, reconciliation, and performance analysis. Ensure tracking accuracy, support onboarding and creative deployment for partners, and collaborate with analytics and creative teams to drive acquisition and improve conversion and cost metrics.
