Lead and build a Commercial expansion sales team for existing customers (<750 employees). Coach AEs, drive pipeline generation, refine opportunity management, partner with marketing/product/SE, and travel to customers and industry events.

Source and engage exceptional talent across technical and business functions, including Engineering, Product, Design, GTM, and G&A. Develop targeted sourcing strategies, conduct talent research and market mapping, engage passive candidates through personalized outreach, assess pipeline health, and build inclusive candidate pipelines. Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring teams while improving sourcing tools, workflows, data quality, automation, and AI-enabled practices.

Coordinate recruiting processes, including complex interview scheduling across candidates, interviewers, time zones, and changing priorities. Provide high-touch candidate support, maintain recruiting records and workflows, assist hiring teams, identify process improvements, and support Talent Acquisition programs, documentation, employer branding, referrals, and recruiting technology adoption.
