Lead Net Revenue Retention (NRR) for the Americas by building an AI-enabled post-sales growth engine. Reduce churn, drive expansion, accelerate adoption (including Spaces and agentic AI), deploy AI agents for health scoring and automation, redesign roles for AI-first operations, and hire and develop an AI-native Customer Success organization focused on measurable time-to-value and scalable retention.

The Project Manager will coordinate and oversee project execution for enterprise clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment with client expectations. Responsibilities include project planning, documentation, risk management, and quality assurance, as well as managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Manage and grow existing SMB accounts by identifying expansion opportunities, delivering product presentations and demos, following up on marketing/CSM leads, and closing business while providing technical problem-solving and building strong customer relationships.
