Designs, builds, and optimizes scalable data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows, data models, and cloud data infrastructure for financial services clients. Implements data mesh architectures, observability, lineage, compliance, CI/CD, and platform migrations. Collaborates with consultants, clients, business teams, QA, and support teams to deliver secure, reliable data solutions across multiple consulting engagements.

Consults with reinsurance clients to understand objectives, risk profiles, and business requirements; designs and implements reinsurance solutions; improves processes and operating models; and coordinates with operations, accounting, finance, and IT teams. The role includes requirements documentation, stakeholder and project management, change management, regulatory awareness, and client relationship development.

Lead Data and AI consulting for commercial insurers and reinsurers, advising C-level stakeholders on AI-enabled operating models, transformation strategies, and business capabilities. Drive complex initiatives across underwriting, claims, operations, and distribution from strategy through implementation. Expand the global Data and AI practice through offerings, reusable assets, mentoring, capability building, executive pitches, and business development, while translating GenAI and Agentic AI trends into practical insurance solutions.

Advise insurance clients on strategic planning, digital transformation, operating models, organizational effectiveness, and operational excellence. Lead interviews, workshops, market analyses, and capability assessments; develop future-state visions and prioritize initiatives. Build executive relationships, support sales and business development, manage complex project teams, contribute to thought leadership, and monitor insurance industry and regulatory trends.
