Develop scalable, low-latency Core Java systems for cash equities client and market connectivity. Responsibilities include building FIX-based client and market-facing platforms, event-driven order management infrastructure, improving test and deployment automation, supporting continuous delivery, and collaborating with product owners, business sponsors, and globally distributed technology teams.

Owns enterprise sales and net-new logo acquisition across Canada’s non-financial-services markets. Builds a $30M+ commercial portfolio, develops executive relationships, leads technical pursuits and complex technology-services deals, and advises C-suite clients on cloud, data, AI, and digital transformation. The role also manages hyperscaler co-sell partnerships, develops go-to-market strategies, and strengthens market presence through industry events and thought leadership.

Define enterprise architecture strategies and transformation roadmaps across AI, data, cloud, and digital technologies. Design scalable AI/GenAI, data, and cloud architectures; establish standards and governance; advise C-suite stakeholders; lead modernization and transformation programs; support consulting proposals and account growth; and mentor architects and technical teams.

Designs, develops, and supports scalable enterprise data warehouses, data lakes, cloud data platforms, and ETL/ELT pipelines. Responsibilities include SQL development, Snowflake and Databricks engineering, Spark and Python programming, data modeling, source-to-target mapping, testing, reconciliation, performance tuning, production support, and cloud modernization. The role translates business and technical requirements into reliable data solutions and collaborates with architects, analysts, application teams, and reporting stakeholders.

Design, implement, deploy, support, and optimize enhancements to a scalable electronic trading platform. Collaborate with software engineers globally, automate repetitive tasks, and apply data-driven optimization techniques. The role requires strong Java expertise in concurrency, performance tuning, memory management, debugging, and low-latency or real-time systems, along with Linux/UNIX command-line proficiency. Experience with OMS, containers, Kubernetes, messaging systems, profiling, metrics, and CI/CD is preferred.
