Manage Compliance-owned Level 3 processes in eGRC, maintain Process/Risk/Control documentation, coordinate RCSA activities and PUWG workflows, oversee control execution and evidence collection, support regulatory/internal audit requests, and identify eGRC and control automation improvements.

Lead B2C lifecycle marketing campaigns end-to-end to drive awareness, engagement, and partner promotion. Develop strategy, execute channel-specific communications, measure and optimize performance, manage agency/vendor relationships, ensure operational readiness with Customer Service, maintain campaign calendar, and coordinate with Legal/Compliance for approvals. Own additional business-critical programs and stakeholder alignment.

Lead portfolio analytics for Amazon Credit & Payments: define problems, source and analyze data, build dashboards, measure and optimize lifecycle and campaign performance, partner cross-functionally, and coach analytics teams to drive growth, profitability, and improved customer experience.
