Own enterprise innovation initiatives from ambiguous ideas through validation, funding, piloting, and scaling. The role requires product development lifecycle experience, strong financial reasoning, stakeholder influence, fintech or payments experience, and comfort operating in ambiguity.

Designs and governs enterprise payment solutions, including vendor platform assessments, application and infrastructure integration, security, resiliency, and architecture documentation. Translates business needs into technical requirements, identifies risks and dependencies, guides implementation teams, and supports architecture governance. The role requires experience with enterprise applications, systems integration, APIs, cloud or hybrid infrastructure, high availability, disaster recovery, and vendor-delivered technology, with payment-processing experience preferred.

Designs, develops, architects, and deploys complex software solutions while guiding technical direction for projects. Leads planning, estimates, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies; promotes engineering best practices; mentors developers; improves system reliability and performance; and provides rotational Tier 3 support for critical 24x7 platforms. Collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and communicate solutions.
