Supports reporting production, data analysis, and analytics operations across the COR.IQ product portfolio. Develops and maintains SQL and Qlik queries, data extracts, scripts, and reporting enhancements; investigates data quality issues and operational anomalies; supports product onboarding and client requests; and provides backup coverage for the Data Analyst 3. The role also develops expertise in fraud analytics, reporting systems, product operations, and continuous improvement.

Designs, develops, architects, and deploys complex software solutions while guiding technical direction for projects. Leads planning, estimates, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies; promotes engineering best practices; mentors developers; improves system reliability and performance; and provides rotational Tier 3 support for critical 24x7 platforms. Collaborates with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and communicate solutions.

Leads the team responsible for implementing, maintaining, supporting, and improving document management platforms. Oversees client implementations, platform development, Tier 3 support, production issues, infrastructure planning, budgeting, resource management, and vendor relationships. Partners with Product, Sales, Operations, project managers, and Agile teams on onboarding, presales, automation, and continuous improvement. Coaches employees and contractors while ensuring platforms meet business, operational, technical, and client requirements.

Leads quality assurance testing for business software applications and smaller projects. Designs test approaches, strategies, plans, cases, scripts, and regression testing; identifies defects, risks, and execution barriers; supports implementation and continuous improvement; evaluates test automation and tools; provides estimates and status updates; and mentors junior QA analysts. Requires strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, documentation, automated regression testing, and Microsoft Office tools.
