Designs and maintains DevOps infrastructure, including Kubernetes and Docker Swarm platforms, CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, infrastructure-as-code, deployment automation, monitoring, alerting, and reliability improvements. The role requires extensive AWS experience and collaboration with development and architecture teams to support scalable, secure, highly available software delivery.

Design and build SWTCH’s automated end-to-end testing practice from the ground up. Develop functional, regression, integration, and E2E test suites for web, mobile, API, and backend products; integrate testing into CI/CD; investigate failures; track defects; and improve coverage. Partner with Product and Engineering to define testable requirements and edge cases, perform exploratory testing, and mentor engineers in automation practices.

Manage named and pooled customer accounts across real estate, multifamily, commercial, utility, municipal, and enterprise segments. Lead onboarding, adoption, value realization, renewals, expansion, customer health monitoring, escalations, and advocacy. Deliver high-touch and scaled engagement through business reviews, webinars, email campaigns, office hours, and self-service resources. Collaborate with Product, Operations, Support, and technical teams while maintaining CRM documentation and improving customer success processes.
