Teams at Sunwing Vacations Group

Provides administrative and customer service support for group travel bookings. Processes new bookings, modifications, seating, rooming lists, invoices, payments, insurance, and travel documentation. Coordinates with Group Sales Representatives, customers, inventory and costing teams, monitors email and call queues, manages booking releases, and supports assigned groups end to end. Requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and reservation-system skills.

Leads the Groups Sales team, drives group travel sales performance, develops sales strategies, monitors KPIs, coaches employees, manages customer relationships, and identifies new business opportunities. The role oversees recruitment, training, workloads, processes, costs, and productivity while collaborating with internal teams and representing Sunwing at trade shows and sales events.
