Provides administrative and customer service support for group travel bookings. Processes new bookings, modifications, seating, rooming lists, invoices, payments, insurance, and travel documentation. Requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and reservation-system skills.

The role oversees recruitment, training, workloads, processes, costs, and productivity while collaborating with internal teams and representing Sunwing at trade shows and sales events.
