Coordinates furniture quality assurance activities, including inspection report reviews, first-production and incoming inspections, claims investigations, corrective actions, product quarantine, compliance testing review, and verification of product conformance. The role works with warehouses, internal teams, and global suppliers to resolve quality concerns, improve processes, and maintain company standards.

Create, manage, and publish original social media content across platforms; develop social strategy and content calendar; analyze metrics and report on performance; collaborate on video production and influencer programs; engage community and curate user content; attend trade shows and provide live social coverage, including occasional evenings/weekends.

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit short- and long-form video content for social media and web. Produce product videos, interviews, trade show coverage, and social assets; storyboard concepts; perform color correction, audio mixing, and VFX; coordinate shoots (including overseas videographers) and assist photo/video productions; collaborate on content calendar and strategy; monitor competitor social tactics; travel to trade shows and work weekends as required.
