Plan inventory, forecast demand, manage purchase orders, coordinate suppliers, analyze stock levels, and optimize supply chain performance for home furnishing products. The role involves KPI reporting, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and occasional factory visits. Evening calls with North American stakeholders may occur once or twice weekly.

Manages customer accounts, processes orders, tracks deliveries, resolves issues, collects payments, and maintains accurate account information. The representative communicates with customers through phone and email, coordinates with warehouse and internal teams, follows up on backorders, and ensures a seamless customer experience throughout the order lifecycle. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, multitasking, and at least three years of customer or client service experience.

Supports furniture product development through assortment planning, sales analysis, trend research, mood boards, vendor and factory communication, sample development, database maintenance, proforma invoice review, and trade show preparation. Collaborates with product, quality assurance, marketing, sales, overseas agents, and factories while managing multiple projects, timelines, product introductions, and presentations.

Create, manage, and publish original social media content across platforms; develop social strategy and content calendar; analyze metrics and report on performance; collaborate on video production and influencer programs; engage community and curate user content; attend trade shows and provide live social coverage, including occasional evenings/weekends.

Develop and manage furniture products from concept through production by researching trends, creating design briefs and prototypes, sourcing materials, collaborating with internal teams and overseas factories, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, supporting trade shows, and coordinating sample logistics.
