Leads FP&A for a global alternatives asset manager, including management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, financial modeling, investor relations support, executive and Board materials, business analytics, and decision support. Partners with senior leaders across business units and corporate functions, improves planning and reporting processes, applies generative AI responsibly, and may manage or mentor finance talent.

Design, develop, and maintain AI-enabled software for an agentic quality engineering orchestration platform. Build AI agents, workflows, APIs, integrations, testing automation, and developer tooling using LLMs and modern cloud technologies. Collaborate with engineering and product teams on architecture, platform improvements, experimentation, and technical standards. Support troubleshooting, user enablement, Agile delivery, and adoption of emerging AI-assisted testing and software delivery capabilities.

Provides first-level escalation and operational support for workforce, benefits, payroll, compensation, and leave processes across multiple regions. Processes employee transactions in Workday and ADP GlobalView, manages HR cases, interprets policies, coaches employees and managers, meets service-level goals, and improves inquiry-management procedures and technologies.
