As a Staff Engineer, you will tackle complex problems in software engineering, design solutions, mentor teams, and improve production quality and pace, leveraging your expertise in technology for a digital product company.

Lead design, develop, deploy and maintain Java-based REST APIs and microservices using Spring Boot, Docker and Kubernetes. Build event-driven services with Kafka, improve CI/CD pipelines, debug/resolve defects, mentor colleagues, and support legacy APIs and integrations.

Lead program and project management for consolidating five legacy HR platforms into a single HR digital platform. Develop integrated plans, manage milestones, risks, resources, and cross-functional dependencies; drive HR process design, data conversion, testing, cutover and decommissioning; produce executive reporting and steering committee materials; facilitate stakeholder sessions and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
