Scholarship and internship program for Black and Indigenous Canadian students. Recipients receive a $10,000 academic scholarship, a paid four-month summer internship at Sun Life, mentorship, career coaching, and support pursuing full-time employment. Applicants must be enrolled in a Canadian post-secondary program, return to full-time studies in September 2027, complete studies by August 2028, maintain good academic standing, pass background checks, and be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Two-year rotational new-grad program preparing participants for a career as a Group Benefits Account Executive. Participants complete two rotations (e.g., group underwriting and service), receive coaching and training, build client and advisor relationships, support renewals/pricing and advisor retention, and launch into a full Account Executive role after program completion.
