Student Works Management Program

Student Works is a developmental organization and management program that recruits, trains, and coaches Canadian university and college students to become business leaders. Participants learn practical skills such as sales, marketing, recruiting, time management, and team leadership, then apply them by operating their own service business during the summer. The organization has also delivered interior and exterior house-painting services to homeowners since 1981.
