Define product strategy, launches, pricing, and lifecycle management; analyze market and customer insights; partner cross-functionally with medical, commercial, engineering, and clinical teams; establish performance metrics and forecasts; and build relationships with healthcare leaders and technology partners to drive adoption and growth.

Support Operations quality activities for Stryker Canada by maintaining QMS per ISO and GMP, leading validation programs, reviewing NCs/CAPAs, driving GMP/GDP practices, and partnering on Operations projects to improve QMS effectiveness and compliance.
