Support Operations quality activities for Stryker Canada by maintaining QMS per ISO and GMP, leading validation programs, reviewing NCs/CAPAs, driving GMP/GDP practices, and partnering on Operations projects to improve QMS effectiveness and compliance.

Manage end-to-end loaner inventory for medical devices: receive, prepare, ship, track, and return kits; update ERP; perform daily and quarterly counts; handle discrepancies and non-compliant items; coordinate with Sales and RAQA; support KPIs and continuous improvement.

Lead end-to-end process improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC and process mapping. Drive initiatives to reduce administrative time, improve efficiency and service quality, define KPIs, build dashboards, quantify financial impact, manage stakeholder adoption, and deliver training and coaching across Technical Service and cross-functional teams.

As an Intelligent Automation Developer, you will design and develop automation solutions using RPA and low-code tools, supporting customer experience operations while ensuring deployment and operational support.
