Leads a team of six enterprise Account Executives focused on customer expansion, retention, revenue growth, and multi-product adoption in Canada. Responsibilities include recruiting, coaching, forecasting, pipeline management, executive relationship building, cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, and representing Stripe at industry events. The role manages team performance while developing consultative sales capabilities and expanding Stripe’s enterprise customer presence.

The Senior People Partner will collaborate with leaders to develop HR strategies, support talent planning, and promote organizational health and productivity at Stripe.

Build and deploy software solutions at Stripe, collaborate on multi-person coding projects, learn unfamiliar systems, communicate technical work clearly, and use AI tools responsibly to accelerate development. Engineers may specialize in frontend, backend, infrastructure, or other technologies while contributing to production systems, code reviews, large codebases, and independently managed projects.
