Teams at Stripe

Design and prototype user experiences for Stripe products, translating business ideas into polished, user-centered solutions. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, data scientists, and designers from concept through implementation. Participate in design critiques, conduct user research, gather feedback, refine designs, and help ship production experiences. The internship requires strong problem-solving, communication, design craft, and responsible use of AI tools.

Manage end-to-end onboarding and implementation for mid-market and enterprise Stripe customers. Develop integration architecture, change management strategies, and launch timelines; coordinate with Sales, Technical Services, Product, and Engineering; explain technical concepts; resolve complex business requirements; and improve implementation processes and team operations.

Lead FX quantitative research within Treasury Finance Data Science. Develop FX risk measurement, forecasting, hedge optimization, machine learning, and statistical systems for trading and risk. Build and productionize decision-critical systems, partnering with Treasury, Finance, FX, and Engineering. Communicate analyses to senior stakeholders, ensure model validation and operational reliability, mentor data scientists, and use AI tools to accelerate modeling and automation.
