Advise and coach managers on performance management, employee relations, career development, organizational change, and team culture. Serve as an HR policy expert, partner with legal counsel on compliance matters, support talent and workforce programs, guide reorganizations, analyze people data, and improve employee lifecycle experiences across the United States and Canada.

As an Engineering Manager at Stripe, you will lead teams in launching and scaling Unified Commerce experiences and managing POS integrations to support enterprise-level features. Responsibilities include driving the team roadmap, supporting technical excellence, and recruiting engineers while collaborating across Stripe.

Own and grow strategic payment partnerships with wallets, BNPL providers, and related partners. Manage partner relationships, commercial negotiations, joint initiatives, product launches, and cross-functional execution with Risk, Legal, Product, and Engineering. Drive alignment, establish milestones and performance metrics, develop executive relationships, identify growth opportunities, and improve payment-method adoption and user experiences.
