Designs, develops, tests, and deploys high-throughput data ingestion, integration, curation, and ETL pipelines using Databricks, Scala, and PySpark. Builds near-real-time streaming, event-driven, and batch solutions on Azure or AWS, including data lakehouse architectures. Optimizes Databricks performance, troubleshoots DevOps and environment issues, performs root-cause analysis, and supports the full software development lifecycle. The role is onsite four days per week.

Lead ETF product development, servicing strategy, and ongoing product management for Canadian ETF sponsors. Coordinate across sales, operations, technology, custody, fund services, and securities lending teams; assess client needs, competitors, market opportunities, vendors, and strategic alliances; plan development initiatives; support client presentations and industry engagement; and track product performance, adoption, quality, and financial metrics.

Designs, builds, and maintains scalable Snowflake data pipelines, models, and workflows. Ensures data quality, performance, reliability, governance, security, and regulatory compliance across business-critical data platforms. Troubleshoots complex data issues, supports production releases and audits, manages system dependencies, and partners with business and technology teams to deliver automated, scalable data solutions. The role also supports AI-driven capabilities within data platforms.
