Leads multidisciplinary transportation project teams delivering MTO preliminary and detailed roadway and highway design assignments. Responsibilities include managing budgets, work plans, schedules, stakeholder and MTO communications, design alternative evaluations, quality control, staff mentoring, and business development. The role requires extensive transportation engineering experience, knowledge of MTO standards, professional engineering registration in Ontario, and proficiency with roadway design software.

Supports technical teams by managing document control, formatting reports and presentations, coordinating submissions, and maintaining document standards. Remediates Word, PDF, and PowerPoint files for AODA and WCAG accessibility compliance, performs quality assurance, and maintains SharePoint and Microsoft 365 filing systems. Coordinates meetings, minutes, action items, and project-support tasks while resolving document-production issues across multi-office teams.

Develop and deploy AI, Copilot, Power Platform, and intelligent automation solutions across the Buildings business. Identify transformation opportunities, build AI agents and workflows, integrate Microsoft platforms, deliver training, support adoption, establish governance, and measure productivity, efficiency, usage, and ROI. Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to scale practical, secure, and responsible digital solutions.
