Own the Amazon Canada 1P business, driving sales, profitable growth, market share, and P&L performance. Lead account planning, negotiations, promotions, forecasting, inventory coordination, digital shelf execution, advertising investment, reporting, and issue resolution. Build relationships with Amazon stakeholders and collaborate with supply chain, finance, marketing, operations, and global eCommerce teams. Provide leadership to one direct report while managing account strategy and execution.

Reviews, validates, researches, and resolves customer deductions involving promotions, pricing, shortages, returns, rebates, and trade claims. Partners with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Accounts Receivable to process recoveries and disputes, monitor aging, reconcile balances, support month-end close, maintain audit documentation, prepare reporting, and identify process improvements. Requires strong Excel skills, financial analysis, cross-functional communication, and experience in deductions, accounts receivable, trade finance, or order-to-cash.

Owns profitable growth for an assigned category portfolio and customer channel through business planning, trade marketing, portfolio management, forecasting, and financial analysis. Leads promotions, merchandising, launches, line reviews, and channel initiatives while analyzing pricing, margins, trade spend, and market trends. Partners with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Brand, and Category teams to align execution, improve service levels, and deliver customer-facing recommendations and selling stories.
