Owns the technical health of enterprise AI deployments by troubleshooting conversational behavior, refining prompts, analyzing logs and outcomes, configuring automations, supporting APIs and integrations, and translating findings into product improvements. Serves as the primary technical customer contact, communicates root causes and tradeoffs to stakeholders, produces reporting, and partners with engineering to resolve recurring issues.

Serve as the technical voice of the sales team for an AI property-management platform. Partner with Account Executives to deliver tailored demos, create demo videos, maintain demo environments, answer technical and security questions, complete RFPs, scope proof-of-concepts, and develop sales enablement materials. The role also gathers customer feedback for Product and Engineering, trains sales staff, and supports handoffs to Customer Success.

Own the technical health of enterprise AI deployments, serving as the primary technical contact for customers. Troubleshoot conversational AI through prompt engineering, conversation-log analysis, workflow automation, APIs, integrations, and data analysis. Explain technical issues to stakeholders, coordinate fixes with engineering, report findings, and translate customer feedback into product improvements.
