Teams at Staffbase

Own a portfolio of enterprise customers, develop success plans, lead business reviews, guide onboarding and platform adoption, manage renewal risks, and identify expansion opportunities. The role partners cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Sales teams, advocates for customer needs, and serves as a strategic advisor to customer teams using the Staffbase SaaS platform.

Lead complex enterprise software implementations and custom solution engagements for Fortune 100 customers. Own project plans from scoping through launch, coordinate technical and business stakeholders, manage scope, budgets, resources, partners, integrations, migrations, testing, security reviews, and governance. Translate technical complexity into executive decisions, facilitate steering committees, and ensure successful handoffs to Customer Success and ongoing support.

Lead enterprise Staffbase implementations from planning through rollout and adoption. Manage project plans, resources, risks, customer communications, training, change management, and issue resolution. Partner with Sales and Customer Success to scope projects, create Statements of Work, support platform architecture integration, and identify expansion opportunities. Apply customer requirements and implementation best practices while providing product feedback internally. Spanish fluency is required.
