Translate business and technical needs, define solution requirements, deliver POCs with data science/engineering, enable GTM, manage project plans and stakeholders, mentor team members, and research market trends to identify revenue and retention opportunities.

Lead development and maintenance of infrastructure tooling and services for core backend systems, champion SRE best practices, design cross-cutting reliability initiatives, guide teams on robust system design, and perform security reviews for new projects and technologies.

Manage and coach an EngOps Applications team responsible for infrastructure and operational health. Own planning, delivery, reliability, incident response, technical oversight, runbooks, and cross-team accountability for production systems.
