Hire, onboard, and develop AEs, build repeatable field sales motions and playbooks, collaborate cross-functionally, engage local partners and communities, and scale processes to win market share.

Outbound-focused sales role building a pipeline of prospective merchants via cold calling, email, and social selling. Qualify leads, hand off to Account Executives, meet monthly quotas, and grow within the sales organization. Role requires residency near the office and bilingual French/English.

Lead and develop a remote team of 8-10 SMB Account Managers to drive upsell, retention, software adoption, and churn reduction. Establish performance expectations, coach managers, run cadences and escalations, partner cross-functionally to improve customer experience, and support OKRs. Travel quarterly for team events or customer meetings.
