Build monitoring/observability, automate failure handling, integrate AI agent orchestration and AI coding tools, collaborate with product and service teams, write and test code, and provide documentation, capacity planning, and reliability improvements.

Design, build, and operate highly available, secure container orchestration platforms and CI/CD pipelines. Develop monitoring and observability, automate deployments and infrastructure, collaborate with product and engineering teams to prevent failures, improve reliability, and mentor/hire SRE talent.
