Lead UX design for enterprise utility software across product squads. Collaborate with product owners and engineers in triads, translate complex workflows into intuitive interfaces, conduct user research and usability testing, create wireframes, flows, and prototypes, and apply strong visual craft to data-dense experiences. The role also involves design critiques, stakeholder influence, mentoring junior designers, and using analytics and customer feedback to inform decisions.

Design and develop engaging client-facing training, convert technical documentation into activities and assessments, support client implementations and internal onboarding, collaborate with product/UI/Service Delivery, and contribute to e-learning initiatives and occasional onsite events.

Build and lead a QA automation function: define strategy, select tooling, integrate tests into CI/CD, write automated tests and framework components, hire and coach automation engineers, drive risk-based testing and quality gates, and evaluate/adopt AI-assisted testing while maintaining human review and trusted quality metrics.
