Partner with Director of People to build scalable People operations for a distributed, high-growth team: employee relations, HRIS management, global compliance, performance cycles, onboarding/offboarding, benefits/immigration, employee engagement, and AI-driven automation of People processes.

The Outbound Business Development Representative generates new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying leads, collaborating with sales teams, and utilizing CRM systems while developing effective sales strategies.

Own product strategy and roadmap for enterprise customers; build enterprise-grade features (admin controls, permissions, data residency, integrations); partner with engineering, sales, and customer success to support complex deals, onboarding, and expansion; define enterprise metrics and manage feedback loops, FDE engagements, and beta programs to drive adoption and retention.
