Manage day-to-day Toronto office operations, including facilities, vendors, supplies, budgets, onboarding logistics, events, and workplace improvements. Provide administrative support to executives through calendar coordination, travel arrangements, expense reporting, presentations, and confidential information handling. Coordinate across distributed teams and support internal and external office events while maintaining an engaging, safe, and productive workplace.

Own People Operations infrastructure for a distributed global team, including employee support, People metrics, performance reviews, HRIS administration, AI-enabled process automation, engagement initiatives, employee lifecycle programs, and multi-jurisdiction employment compliance. Partner with Talent on compensation and benefits while advising leadership and supporting a high-growth technology organization.

Lead Spellbook’s revenue operations function across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Data. Own the GTM operating model, pipeline management, forecasting, revenue systems, performance reporting, commercial handoffs, and operating cadence. Build the GTM operations team and establish scalable processes, metrics, data standards, and systems supporting growth.
