Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and leadership teams while maintaining CRM records and developing strategic partnerships.

Lead and scale Speer’s B2B marketing: define positioning and ICPs, run full-funnel campaigns (LinkedIn, paid media, email, webinars), create content and sales enablement, optimize funnels, conduct market research and testing, and drive qualified inbound leads and revenue outcomes.
