Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly Canadian payroll for employees and contractors, including final wages, remittances, statutory filings, reconciliations, journal entries, and year-end reporting. Maintain accurate employee data across payroll, HR, and accounting systems, resolve complex inquiries, support audits, analyze payroll data, and contribute to system upgrades, workflow improvements, and automation.

Coordinates home health services by scheduling PSW and nursing support, liaising with clients, staff, healthcare partners, and occupational health representatives, responding to inquiries, documenting client information, escalating concerns, and completing administrative tasks. The role requires strong customer service, communication, organization, healthcare coordination, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook. It is part-time, fully onsite in Toronto, with evening and weekend availability required.

Manage complex digital and enterprise initiatives from launch through post-launch. Coordinate cross-functional teams, project schedules, methodologies, documentation, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, stakeholder communications, and operational digitization activities. Maintain project plans using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches while providing leadership with progress reports and presentations. The role requires project management experience in a health services environment, PMP or PRINCE2 certification, and knowledge of relevant healthcare and IT standards.
