Coordinates HR administration, including new-hire paperwork, employee data maintenance, leave administration, employment letters, orientations, training records, HR reporting, and employee changes with Finance and IT. Supports recruitment and HR programs while maintaining employee files and HR systems. The role requires 1–2 years of HR administrative experience, ATS familiarity, high-volume recruitment experience, HR education, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Oversee flu immunization clinics by assessing patients, preparing and administering vaccinations, providing aftercare instructions, answering immunization questions, and completing compliant documentation. Nurses must independently manage patient caseloads while delivering high-quality assessment and teaching. Clinics operate Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling and minimum three-hour shift availability.

Provides home-based physiotherapy care by assessing patients, developing and delivering individualized treatment plans, supporting mobility and function, managing symptoms, educating patients and caregivers, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and documenting care accurately. The role requires autonomous practice, evidence-based clinical decision-making, and travel to patients’ homes using a reliable vehicle.
