Provides front-desk and administrative support for a healthcare office during evening and weekend shifts. Responsibilities include answering and directing calls, greeting visitors, managing mail and courier packages, updating calendars, verifying client and staff contact information, coordinating with building management and security, and supporting a professional client experience.

Performs project, program, contract, and business-unit profitability analysis; builds financial models; supports budgeting, forecasting, business cases, and M&A diligence. Automates reporting using Power Query and develops Power BI data models, DAX measures, and dashboards. Partners with operational and finance stakeholders to investigate variances, improve controls and data quality, and provide actionable recommendations.
