Manage and optimize Southlake Health’s Workday HCM platform, including Core HCM, Talent, and Learning modules. Configure, test, troubleshoot, and document system changes; support releases, integrations, reporting, dashboards, data governance, and user training. Partner with HR, IT, vendors, and stakeholders to improve HR processes, data quality, system utilization, and employee experience while contributing to HR technology projects and digital transformation initiatives.

Designs, delivers, and evaluates organizational development programs supporting talent management, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, change management, recognition, and employee engagement. The role develops strategies and resources, facilitates training, coaches diverse audiences, partners on communications, applies analytics, and supports competency-based performance and talent development initiatives.

Supports Southlake Health’s diversity, equity, inclusion, accessibility, human rights, and health equity initiatives. Responsibilities include researching best practices, coordinating projects and events, supporting employee resource groups, developing communications and policies, facilitating engagement, synthesizing data, building community partnerships, and managing related invoices. The role requires strong communication, organization, collaboration, and knowledge of Ontario human rights, accessibility, and workplace safety legislation.
