Provides telephone and email-based post-sales technical support for mobile and IoT device management software. Investigates customer issues, troubleshoots application and networking problems, reproduces customer environments across devices, communicates progress, and collaborates with internal teams through resolution. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, networking knowledge, Windows and mobile platform experience, strong problem-solving skills, and 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Develop and improve the global privacy program, conduct product privacy reviews and impact assessments, support AI governance, contract reviews, audits, data subject requests, incident response, and privacy notices. Translate global privacy, AI, and security regulations into practical guidance, coordinate customer questionnaires, and evaluate privacy tooling. The role partners closely with Product, Development, Security, Sales, Legal, and other stakeholders in a global SaaS environment.

Own SOTI’s web strategy and organic growth roadmap across its web properties. Lead a team focused on SEO, web analytics, reporting, conversion optimization, and AI-powered discovery. Establish measurement standards, performance reporting, review-platform strategy, and experimentation pipelines. Partner with marketing and technology teams to improve website journeys, demand generation, conversions, and pipeline impact while translating data into prioritized recommendations.
