Serve as the technical lead for channel partners, enabling partner-led revenue through demos, POCs, technical enablement, assessments, and support during evaluations. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and partner teams to communicate product value, track partner capabilities, and help partners meet technical requirements and certifications.

Manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts across the lifecycle to drive adoption, satisfaction, renewals, upsell, and reduce churn. Build strategic account plans, monitor KPIs, run business reviews, coordinate cross-functional teams, act as escalation point, and implement scalable success programs.

Lead and mentor a team of Cyber Risk Advisors while delivering senior-level exposure management advisory to customers. Interpret vulnerability and attack-surface data, prioritize remediation, monitor critical exposures, ensure measurable risk reduction, handle escalations, track service KPIs, and identify expansion and improvement opportunities.
