Set technical direction for data pipelines, lead architecture and planning, troubleshoot production issues, collaborate across teams, manage work in Jira, research improvements, and mentor engineers. The role owns initiatives end to end while developing reliable, cost-efficient serverless systems using Node.js, TypeScript, React, and AWS services.

Lead full-stack development across mature React/TypeScript web, React Native mobile, and NestJS API applications. Set architecture and technical direction, own features from design through production monitoring, improve stability, performance, and UX, and mentor engineers. Design REST APIs, troubleshoot across UI, API, and database layers, establish scalable engineering practices, review code, and integrate AI tools into development workflows.

Leads Solink’s product and customer marketing functions, owning positioning, category strategy, product launches, competitive intelligence, sales enablement, analyst relations, customer advocacy, references, and expansion programs. Builds scalable marketing processes and teams, partners with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, Customer Success, and RevOps, and communicates strategy to executive and board-level audiences. Success includes stronger differentiation, launch adoption, competitive win rates, analyst credibility, customer advocacy, retention, and expansion revenue.
