Develops and executes brand strategies, marketing plans, product innovation initiatives, integrated campaigns, packaging, digital and social activation. The National Account Manager owns the Walmart customer relationship and drives annual volume and profitable growth for branded and private-label products. Responsibilities include business planning, strategic account development, merchandising and promotional execution, customer presentations, quarterly business reviews, and managing rebates, allowances, deductions, and receivables. The role requires retail POS experience, strong relationship-building and solution-selling skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to travel as needed.

Manage capital projects from concept through commissioning, including plant construction, budgeting, cost tracking, vendor negotiations, permitting, and approvals. Provide technical troubleshooting support for plant equipment and services, prioritize improvement opportunities, optimize manufacturing processes, and support continuous improvement across facilities. The role also ensures preventative programs are implemented and maintained while collaborating with Plant Managers and government stakeholders.
