The role requires retail POS experience, strong relationship-building and solution-selling skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to travel as needed.

Manage capital projects from concept through commissioning, including plant construction, budgeting, cost tracking, vendor negotiations, permitting, and approvals. Provide technical troubleshooting support for plant equipment and services, prioritize improvement opportunities, optimize manufacturing processes, and support continuous improvement across facilities. The role also ensures preventative programs are implemented and maintained while collaborating with Plant Managers and government stakeholders.

Build unified data models across ERP systems, improve BI performance, establish development standards, and translate cross-functional business requirements into scalable data and integration solutions. The role also supports modernization of Sofina’s data environment and strategic reporting for finance, sales, supply chain, and other stakeholders.
