Lead pre-sales and application engineering for energy storage systems (ESS): manage proposals and pipeline, coach and develop the team, collaborate with sales, R&D and engineering to design tailored ESS solutions, and present technical-commercial value to customers.

Manage and grow key datacenter accounts by developing strategic account plans, leading cross-functional teams, driving new business, and delivering technical-commercial proposals. Maintain sales pipeline and forecasts, act as customer advocate to align product/service priorities, and monitor market trends and competitor activity to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Design, validate, and support electrical power-distribution systems and schematics in E-Plan for ETO/CTO projects. Produce technical documentation, test plans, and production procedures; support prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, certification, and cross-functional project delivery.

Lead technical role on Energy Storage Solutions for North America: liaise with R&D and engineering, evaluate feasibility and risks, perform power system studies, design system integration and single-line diagrams, develop test plans, manage Engineering-To-Order projects from booking to commissioning, and prepare technical documentation and specifications.

Develop and execute technical product marketing strategies for electrical power distribution products. Conduct market and competitive research, create positioning, messaging, and collateral, support sales with technical content, track KPIs and reporting, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams.

Design, implement, and maintain production-grade embedded Linux services on ARM SoM platforms for industrial power systems. Responsibilities include BSP customization, Yocto-based image generation, board bring-up, industrial communication (Modbus, RS485, TCP/IP), lightweight web and HMI interfaces, alarm/event logging, secure update/recovery, hardware interfacing and diagnostics, testing/validation, and documentation for manufacturing and field support.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex electrical equipment projects (STS, PDU, RPP, transformers, UPS) on scope, schedule, and budget. Manage WBS, baselines, risks, change control, financials, and stakeholder reporting. Drive project recovery, continuous improvement, and coordination across sites until project closure.

Ensure product quality and compliance across manufacturing by driving root-cause analysis, controlling non-conformances, performing audits, supporting supplier quality, working with engineers on corrective actions, and leading continuous improvement and lean initiatives like 5S.

Develop embedded Linux software and GUIs for industrial controllers; implement industrial protocols (Modbus, BACnet, SNMP); support product lifecycle from development to production/service and write operational documentation.
