Lead marketing analytics: own reporting frameworks, dashboards, and data quality; monitor KPIs; run A/B tests and experiments; build attribution, forecasting, segmentation, and budget-allocation models; automate workflows and drive continuous measurement improvements.

Manage budgeting and payments for privately used assets and personal expenses, post and reconcile expenses in ERP, produce monthly plan vs actual reports with insights, oversee payment methods (cards, bank accounts, crypto), verify FO staff advance reports, liaise with contractors, support corporate treasury during peak/absence, improve expense and reporting processes, and perform other management instructions.

Serve as HR Business Partner for a global, remote Core Business Unit. Drive staffing, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits analytics, engagement, retention, HR process implementation, compliance, and measure HR satisfaction metrics across distributed product teams.
