Presents insights in customer meetings and QBRs, tracks optimization actions, maintains service templates, supports Customer Success enablement, and stays current on local search trends, Google Business Profile, listings, maps, and local landing pages.

Leads SOCi’s SEO, AEO, and GEO thought leadership and visibility strategy. Develops enablement programs, playbooks, benchmarks, consulting services, and customer-facing frameworks. Partners with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on messaging, roadmap value, client strategy, QBRs, and at-risk accounts. Produces thought leadership content, delivers training, supports SEO performance analysis, and represents the company at industry events.

Drive adoption of SOCi’s AI-powered agentic workforce across B2B SaaS customer accounts. Lead discovery sessions, workshops, webinars, and value reviews; translate AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes; help customers operationalize AI agents; identify and remove adoption barriers; and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Delivery teams on feedback, enablement, positioning, and repeatable adoption playbooks.

Manages SaaS billing operations, including invoice preparation, customer portal uploads, billing adjustments, credits, cancellations, reconciliations, and billing inquiries. Maintains accurate records across Maxio, Salesforce, and NetSuite; collaborates with Accounting, Sales, Customer Success, AR, and Revenue teams; prepares reports; and supports month-end close, audit readiness, and billing process improvements.

Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including billing inquiries, customer setup, invoice delivery, collections, payment application, reconciliations, aging reports, and escalations. Maintain billing records, process credits and refunds, monitor dunning and cancellations, support bad debt activities, and provide account updates. Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Finance while delivering responsive customer support and accurate reporting.

The Sales Development Representative identifies and qualifies sales opportunities, collaborates with Account Executives, and closes transactional business for the sales team.
