Performs mechanical engineering and product design work for rotating equipment and mechanical seal systems. Provides technical support and training to sales teams and customers, evaluates materials and designs, reviews manufacturing drawings, investigates product failures, prepares technical documentation, and resolves field issues. The role also includes customer site visits, product installation support, assembly, and testing.

Manage day-to-day relationships with strategic customers, drive retention, cross-sell and upsell, own order-to-delivery process, negotiate contracts, produce sales analysis and KPIs, collaborate with internal teams, resolve client issues, and travel domestically up to 50%. Role requires TSA vetting/SSI access and federal background checks.
