Healthcare, HL7/FHIR, and full-stack experience are advantageous.

Provides advanced application and production support for healthcare data platform implementations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting complex incidents, developing Java-based enhancements and bug fixes, supporting cloud infrastructure and deployment tooling, participating in on-call rotations, conducting root cause analysis, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, QA, and clients. The role also provides technical leadership, mentorship, architecture guidance, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Lead customer implementations of Smile Digital Health solutions by configuring the platform, scripting, troubleshooting, designing technical solutions, and providing architectural guidance. Collaborate with development, product, architecture, support, and customer-facing teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions. Manage concurrent projects, support technical analysts, contribute to RFPs, participate in on-call support, and track billable work in NetSuite.
