Lead customer implementations of Smile Digital Health solutions by configuring the platform, scripting, troubleshooting, designing technical solutions, and providing architectural guidance. Collaborate with development, product, architecture, support, and customer-facing teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions. Manage concurrent projects, support technical analysts, contribute to RFPs, participate in on-call support, and track billable work in NetSuite.

Build and maintain responsive, performant Angular front-end applications for Smile’s healthcare data platform. Responsibilities include translating designs into technical solutions, developing components, writing unit tests and documentation, resolving defects, participating in code reviews and pair programming, contributing to architecture and coding standards, mentoring developers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients.

Design, deploy, and operate production-grade AKS clusters, owning cluster architecture, networking, security hardening, observability, CI/CD, and incident response. Integrate AKS with Azure services, manage deployments with Docker/Helm and GitOps, run Terraform IaC, define SLIs/SLOs, perform vulnerability management and DR planning, and provide on-call escalation and runbook documentation.
