Lead strategy, delivery, and operational excellence for cloud platform and managed services. Build and scale platform, deployment automation, and DevOps practices across SaaS and customer-managed environments. Partner with Engineering, Security, Product, and Customer Success to ensure reliability, security-by-design, automation, contractual adherence, and customer satisfaction while driving governance and continuous improvement.

Design, automate, and maintain cloud performance testing frameworks and observability across multi-cloud platforms. Optimize scalability, autoscaling, Kafka throughput, and resource utilization. Integrate performance tests into CI/CD, maintain cost attribution, support incident response/on-call, and ensure compliance (SOC2/HIPAA/ISO27001) while enabling secure, scalable infrastructure for SaaS delivery.

Design, deploy, and operate production-grade AKS clusters, owning cluster architecture, networking, security hardening, observability, CI/CD, and incident response. Integrate AKS with Azure services, manage deployments with Docker/Helm and GitOps, run Terraform IaC, define SLIs/SLOs, perform vulnerability management and DR planning, and provide on-call escalation and runbook documentation.
