Conduct detailed audits of third-party payroll vendors, assess wage and hour regulatory compliance, identify risks and non-compliance patterns, document findings in Salesforce, and review results with vendors. The role requires independent judgment, strong organization, accurate recordkeeping, and recommendations to improve auditing processes while supporting broader compliance initiatives.

Maintains general ledger records, prepares journal entries and reconciliations, supports month-end and year-end close, assists with reporting, audits, tax filings, and compliance. Owns commission payment processing, including calculations, validation, reconciliation, discrepancy investigation, and documentation. Maintains fixed asset schedules, monitors AR/AP, improves accounting processes, and supports finance projects.

Provide day-to-day account and campaign support for assigned clients across field, retail, and B2B channels. Manage communications, onboarding/offboarding, asset and incentive management, leads/permits, troubleshooting, and compliance. Coordinate with field teams and internal partners (Analytics, Finance, Compliance, Legal) to track KPIs, spot expansion opportunities, maintain SOPs and documentation, and keep projects on schedule using CRM, dashboards, and project management tools.
